SEGUR Immobilier began when Laurence and Sandrine worked together for a Parisian property manager company.
A sharing of convictions and values, a strong complicity and a common experience in agency gave them the desire to return to the fundamentals of the real estate agent’s profession.
With the support of their long-standing customers, they decided to set up an agency combining professional expertise, personalized service and a relationship based on trust.
They opted for a digital agency in order to spend more time in the field and be closer to their clients.
SANDRINE CADOR
After 25 years in international sales management and an Executive MBA in General Management at ESSEC business school, Sandrine decided to leave the import-export of manufactured products. Sandrine decided to reorient herself towards real estate. She advised a Parisian property manager on digital transformation and the launch of Philanthropic Property Income and then she became an estate agent.

Laurence began her real estate career with a Parisian agency, preceded by 16 years working abroad specializing in foreign investment and expatriate relocation. She has pragmatism and adaptability!
She has expertise in residential and commercial property transactions for individuals and B-to-B clients.
Laurence is also a resident of the 7th arrondissement, so she knows her neighborhood and the wider West Paris area inside out!
